Overview
ERCOT manages the flow of electric power to over 26 million Texans, representing about 90% of the state's electric load. As the face of grid reliability in Texas, public understanding and trust in ERCOT’s operations are critical—especially in times of crisis.

The Challenge
Following years of scrutiny and evolving energy challenges, ERCOT needed to:
-
Rebuild public trust through transparent, accessible communication
-
Clarify its role and responsibilities in managing Texas’s power grid
-
Connect with everyday Texans in a relatable, informative way
The Solution
We developed a series of animated explainer videos that use friendly illustration, approachable voiceover, and clear language to demystify ERCOT’s function. These videos broke down complex energy topics—from grid balancing to demand response—in engaging, bite-sized segments designed for digital and live event use.
