The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) oversees the power supply for more than 26 million Texans. In the aftermath of historic grid failures, restoring public trust became a top priority. The ERCOT Public Trust Campaign was launched to rebuild credibility through consistent outreach, transparent communication, and energy literacy.
As Creative Director, I led the campaign’s visual identity, messaging strategy, and content development with the intent to simplify complex energy systems and meet public skepticism with clarity and empathy. Our goal was to reestablish trust by making technical information approachable and relevant for everyday Texans—including residential consumers, business owners, and community leaders. Through clear visual storytelling and integrated communications across digital, broadcast, and grassroots channels, we helped ERCOT move toward a more open and accountable relationship with the people it serves.
