Disaster survivors face major challenges as they begin their recovery journey. One of the major pain points was the complicated application and lack of information while applying for individual assistance with FEMA.

The Individual Assistance Modernization Project was created to fix those pain points and improve the application process, making it a modern, transparent, and user friendly experience.

I produced two animated videos working with teams across several divisions to better inform survivors of the application process.
